Privacy
Your CSV stays in your browser.
StoreOpsCheck is built around a simple rule: do not upload, store, inspect, or train on someone’s product CSV just to run a preflight check.
CSV files
The Shopify Product CSV Preflight Checker runs in your browser. In v0.1, your selected CSV file is read locally by your browser, analyzed locally, and used to generate local results and local issue exports.
StoreOpsCheck does not upload your CSV to a server. StoreOpsCheck does not store your CSV. StoreOpsCheck does not collect raw product rows, SKUs, handles, titles, vendors, image URLs, descriptions, or product data.
Analytics
StoreOpsCheck includes privacy-safe analytics hooks for future measurement. The intended payloads are aggregate-only, such as file size bucket, row count bucket, product count bucket, issue counts, parse success or failure category, and export clicked.
No analytics provider is required for the v0.1 site to function.
Calculator data
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. They are not stored by StoreOpsCheck in v0.1.
Future changes
If StoreOpsCheck later adds paid exports, contact forms, waitlists, or server-side event collection, this policy should be updated before those features go live.
